Hector’s Mexican Restaurant and Cantina, formerly known as The Ranch House, has been a staple in Gun Barrel City for over 30 years. Hector (need last name), who originally started out as a dishwasher when the restaurant first opened, took over The Ranch House 8 years ago, changed the name to Hector’s and brought back several of the original dishes that had been very popular. Hector’s is known for serving great Tex-Mex dishes like Quesadillas, Enchiladas, Tacos and more as well as traditional American fare like Chicken Fried Steak, Hamburgers and Fried Catfish. Hector’s is also known for our Margarita’s and was voted Best Margarita in Gun Barrel City!
